Burundi Kibingo Station Washed

A trademarked Intenso yeast that was developed over a four year trial and testing period is added in during the fermentation process that adds unique flavors. This process allows for a fermentation time roughly 3 times longer than a standard washed process  the longer time allows the flavors further developing time.
