Costa Rica Tarrazu Comunidad Santa Cruz

A group of 20 small producers with pristine farms in the charming community of Santa Cruz were selected to represent the best representation of coffee of this special nano-region in Tarrazu.  these coffee cherries are handpicked over many days only getting the ripest fruit. They are carefully processed in Palmichal for pulping and washing and in specialized equipment. Once dried to 11% moisture content, it rests for two months before more hand sorting by weight, screen size, density and color.
